九龍華仁書院新任校長陳岡博士 (Dr. John Tan) (香港華仁1981年屆) 已於2009年3月2日履新。我謹代表九龍華仁書院舊生會，歡迎陳校長到任。憑著耶穌會教育的背景和豐富的教育行政經驗，相信陳校長必能領導母校順利迎接「3‧3‧4」新學制的挑戰，並進一步弘揚耶穌會的崇高教育理念，譜寫華仁歷史更光輝的篇章。舊生會將一如既往地與陳校長為首的學校管理層衷誠和緊密合作，積極發揮支援母校發展的角色。舊生會的執行委員和前主席將會在3月5日晚上與陳校長會面，並共進晚餐。如各校友有意見希望向校長轉達，請與我們聯繫。

致: 各九龍華仁書院舊生
檢討校董會校友代表選舉制度
校本條例是香港特別行政區立法會於2004年7月通過的《2004年教育(修訂)條例》內的一項教育統籌局政策。政策規定全港中學及小學，必須在2010年前成立向政府註冊的法團校董會，並加入由選舉產生的家長、教師及校友代表。辦學團體代表，將減至佔校董會總人數的60%，學校亦必須列明法團校董會的權力和責任。
現時舊生會實行的校董會校友代表選舉制度於多年前由執行委員會制定，因應校本條例的實施，現時有檢討的必要。
於2008年6月本屆舊生會第一次執行委員會的例會中，執行委員會通過成立校董會校友代表選舉制度檢討委員會，就校董會校友代表選舉制度進行檢討工作。
現附上校董會校友代表選舉制度候選人資格、提名程序、投票人資格及投票方法諮詢文件及諮詢問卷，供各位參閱。就校董會校友代表選舉制度候選人資格、提名程序、投票人資格及投票方法的意見，請於2009年2月27日或之前送往諮詢文件中所指定的地址/ 電子郵箱/ 傳真號碼。
