We hope you had a pleasant and cozy CNY holiday with your beloved ones. On the first working Monday of the Year of the Ox, may we wish you lots of vitality and best luck in your daily undertakings!
Our Marathon Team is due to run this Sun, 8 Feb 2009. With the unfailing support from many of you, we have secured approx. $800,000 as donations for our Schools. We will continue to approach other alumni this week. If you happen to know of someone who would like to help, by all means please let us know.
Some of you will be running hence as a reminder, please collect your race number cloth and running kit at the Victoria Park on 6/7 Feb (a map and schedule is encl. of ref) if you have not yet done so. Remind your buddies and classmates too. If you are interested in supporting the Team on the Marathon Day, join us for a group photo at Gate I of the Victoria Park, at 9am on 8 Feb.
In addition, 3 renowned alumni will speak at an interesting business forum on new economic order on Thur, 12 February 2009 at the HK Convention and Exhibition Centre:
