Voting for the final round of the Loving Heart HK has begun. There are new voting procedures this time.
Let me set out the instructions for the voting which will work.

1. If you had registered before, there is no need to re-register, but you need to remember the email address with which you registered.
2. You must choose 10 candidates (including the one vote for Vincent Leung), by clicking the empty star beneath each candidate, turning it yellow inside.
3. At the bottom of the screen, enter your email address.
4. For the HKID card number, enter 8 characters total and leave out the two parenthesis, e.g., for A123456(7), enter it as A1234567.
